Ultrasound Guided Carpal Tunnel Release

At Orthopedics Hawaii, ultrasound imaging can be used to see the bone, ligaments, tendons, and nerves in real-time. Ultrasound-guided procedures such as Carpal Tunnel release and Trigger Digit release are possible with only local anesthetic.

Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Chen is the only surgeon in Hawaii performing this procedure. Dr. Chen's early association with the US Carpal Tunnel surgery originates from a close association with the physicians at the Mayo Clinic since 2017.

In addition to Oahu residents, we have patients fly in from the neighboring islands and the US mainland for the procedure.
